1. Order Processing Time

All orders placed on the Cotunlie website are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During high demand periods (sales, festivals, new launches), processing times may be slightly extended. In such cases, we will keep you informed.


2. Shipping & Delivery Timeline

Once your order is processed and dispatched, delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro Cities: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days

  • Non Metro / Other Locations: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, customs clearance (if applicable), or regional service limitations.


3. Shipping Charges

We offer simple and transparent shipping rates:

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999

  • Flat ₹87 shipping charge on orders below ₹999

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.


4. Shipping Partners

We work with reliable third party courier and logistics partners to ensure timely and safe delivery of your orders. The selection of courier partner depends on your delivery location and service availability.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation message/email with tracking details.


5. Order Tracking

After dispatch, tracking information will be shared with you via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if provided).

You can track your order using the tracking link provided. If you face any issues with tracking, please contact our customer support team.


6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts before marking an order as undelivered.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unavailability of the recipient

  • Refusal to accept delivery

the order may be returned to us. In such cases, re shipping or refund will be handled as per our Refund Policy.


7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details, including:

  • Correct address

  • Landmark (if required)

  • Active phone number

Cotunlie will not be responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.


8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive for timely delivery, unexpected delays may occur. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will assist you in coordinating with the courier partner.

In rare cases of lost shipments, we will investigate with the courier and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our policies.


9. Partial Shipments

In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately based on availability. You will be informed if your order is being delivered in multiple shipments.


10. International Shipping

Currently, Cotunlie ships within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
