At Cotunlie, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.


1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe

We offer a 3 day return window, which means you must request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Original tags must be intact

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


2. How to Initiate a Return

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide:

  • Return instructions

  • Return shipping details (and label, where applicable)

Important: Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.


5. Non Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or made to order products

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care or hygiene related items

  • Perishable goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you are unsure whether your product qualifies for return, please contact us before placing your order.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a different item or size:

  1. Initiate a return for the original item

  2. Once the return is approved, place a new order separately

This ensures faster processing and availability.


7. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time is up to 10 business days after approval

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.

If 15 business days have passed since refund approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@cotunlie.com.


8. European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Returned items must meet the same eligibility conditions outlined above (unused, unworn, tagged, and in original packaging).
